Mr. Johnson served as an advisor to the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning (MEBP) and the Ministry of Finance on multiple projects and issues, including: development of a new Law on “State Assets Management,” The State Program “30 Corporate Leaders of Kazakhstan,” and “State Strategy for Achieveing Competitiveness and Export Capacity in Kazakhstan by 2015.” Mr. Johnson also provided the MEBP with performance monitoring and measurement system advice and recommended steps for improving their monitoring and measurement methodology
