• Prticipated in issuing $5b of corporate debt and $1b of corporate equity for Caesars Entertainment. Also, arranged a $450.0 million senior secured term project finance facility with a six-year maturity.
• Analyzed, prioritized, and optimized $1.5 billion in growth capital investments, increased project accountability, and established standards for growth & maintenance capital investments.
• Doubled growth-project ROI over 4 years to 18%, driving $250m of incremental cash flows.
• Negotiated M&A, joint venture, and operating agreements with restaurants, online gaming firms, potential international partners, vendors, and investors.
• Contributed to multi-year strategic, operational, and capital plans – and accountable for monitoring, reporting, and delivery against those plans.
