As Team Leader, assisted Ghana Alternative Market (GAX) with creating a growth-orientated marketing plan.  The plan was based on market analysis of the sources of uses of capital Stock Exchange & Securities Commission with the introduction and growth of Ghana’s first SME stock exchange.  Assess & refine strategy; analyze competitiveness, provide targeted assistance with marketing, outreach, operational improvements. Responsible for e.g. providing targeted recommendations on the introduction of index funds, pension fund investors, corporate debt, and other financial instruments.
