Mr. Johnson directed a four person consulting team and provided advice and guidance to the Philippine Government on the privatization of the Subic Bay Freeport.  With a focus on strategic use of the assets of the former US Naval Base, Mr. Johnson recommended a strategic plan for attracting specific industries that would highly value Subic’s location, infrastructure, and workforce.  Importantly, Mr. Johnson’s team assisted with attracting FEDEX as a strategic investor at Subic.
