In Russia, Mr. Johnson developed, created, and taught numerous seminars on voucher-investment funds, financial analysis, attracting foreign investment, and disclosure responsibilities managers and government regulators.   He trained more than 75 Presidents and executives of more than 30 investment funds in all aspects of investment fund management.   Mr. Johnson directed 4 other consultants that also provided training to seminar participants.  Seminar topics included portfolio management, fund operation, industry growth, fund compliance and regulation, valuation methodology, and shareholder relation (subcontracted to the Intrados Group).
