Mr. Johnson mentored members of the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD) in the areas of writing, teaching, and analyzing case studies in the area of corporate governance.  The project focused on the theory, practice, and art of case study instruction as well as knowledge transfer in the all areas of corporate governance, transparency, and enterprise management.
