Engaged to craft a business plan based on sound, state-of-the-art, and best-practice methodology and frameworks for SOE governance.  The objective of the assignment is to    improve the efficiency, governance, and profitability of IGEPE-controlled SOEs with a view towards sustainability and increasing dividend yields.
