In Kyrgyzstan, Mr. Johnson served as an advisor to Kyrgyzstan’s Central Bank and commercial banks on capital formation, consolidation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, as well as financial statement preparation and analysis. Mr. Johnson created and delivered seminars on Mergers & Acquisitions in Emerging Markets to the Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officers of Kyrgyzstan’s major commercial banks as well as Central Bank executives. The seminars included “How to value a Bank in an Emerging Market,” and “Step-by-Step process of merging banks in Central Asia.”
